Dr Jill Aylott, PhD Autism, RN (LD)

CEO & Autism Consultant

Dr Jill Aylott has worked with people with a learning disability and autistic people for several years, working as a Community Nurse and Senior Nurse Manager in a large Multi-Disciplinary Team in South London. She has led on the design and management of individualised services for autistic people returning to their own home in the community from secure hospital environments. Jill graduated with a PhD in Autism in 2003 and has published in the area of development of accessible health and social care services. Jill has written guidance for the Department of Health on the development of specialist practice in autism with the use of reasonable adjustments under the Autism Act 2009 and Equality Act 2010. A second edition of this was produced in 2015.

Jill has undertaken a range of autism assessments over the last 20 years and has had experience in assessing and supporting children and adults with complex presentations of autism.

Dr B Sri Harsha Indrasena

Medical Statistician

Harsha is a registered Medical Practitioner and Medical Statistician. Harsha will provide a medical and statistical oversight in the use of all diagnostic materials including AQ10, ADOS 2, ADI-R. Additional behavioural assessments will be used where this is appropriate.

Dr Kim Pramanick

Medical Director

With an extensive working background in General/ Emergency medicine, NHS and private sector psychiatry experience and clinical governance, as well as being late diagnosed and multiply neurodivergent herself, she brings a unique and valuable perspective to the holistic approach adopted at the NAAAC. A part of the esteemed faculty, she strives to improve multidisciplinary expertise and integration of neurodiversity awareness, education and inclusion into existing NHS healthcare systems.

Dr Shaikh is a senior Consultant Psychiatrist practising in both the NHS and private practice as director of Mentis Clinic Ltd. (a partner organisation in collaboration with the NAAAC).

Professional with many years of hands on experience dedicated to financial planning and analysis. Graduated with MBA finance from Durham University Business School 2008, qualified as chartered certified accountant since 2015 and a fellow of the association of chartered certified accountants since 2020.

Liza Poyner

Autism Assessor & Lead Nurse

Liza takes the lead on medical management and associated clinical conditions in autism. A registered nurse with a background in adult and emergency nursing, she works with autistic and neurodiverse individuals in a range of settings, including nurseries, schools, supported living, residential care, autism assessment centres and the community, providing holistic assessment and wider medical/ therapeutic interventions. Liza uses a person-centred approach to identify, understand and support the unique needs and strengths of each individual, thus enabling their empowerment and helping them to achieve their full potential.

Autism Assessor & Specialist in Neurological Conditions

Janice is a registered nurse (learning disability) who has extensive experience working with individuals with complex needs. Janice has experience in understanding how epilepsy and mental health issues create challenges for autistic individuals.

Aphurva Punnath Kollerithody

Paediatric Speech Language Pathologist and Autism

A dedicated and passionate Paediatric Speech Language Pathologist and Autism Specialist with over three years of experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), she plays a crucial role in developing and implementing individualised support plans to foster the growth and development of SEN children. Holding a Level 2 certification in Oral Placement Therapy, she specialises in addressing speech and language challenges through evidence-based practice.
